The website and mobile applications (“Platform”) are owned and operated by SportsAI Pty Ltd (ACN 676 653 437) (“SportsAI”, “we”, “us”, “our”). The Platform is used to deliver live and on-demand sports broadcasts, including pay-per-view events, for Professional Bull Riders Australia Pty Ltd (“PBR Australia”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
All broadcast content, including video, audio, images, and related materials, are the exclusive intellectual property of PBR Australia Pty Ltd. The Platform, its software, design, and underlying technology are the property of SportsAI Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content or software on the Platform without prior written consent from the respective owner.
To access pay-per-view events, users must create an account and be at least 18 years old. Account login details must be kept confidential and not shared with third parties. SportsAI reserves the right to deactivate or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or inappropriate conduct.
Access to pay-per-view events requires advance payment of a non-refundable fee. Subscription plans and fees are displayed at the time of purchase and may be updated with reasonable notice. All payments are in Australian dollars and exclusive of GST. Users are responsible for all applicable taxes.
Users must not use the Platform for unlawful purposes or in ways that could harm other users or the reputation of SportsAI or PBR Australia. Prohibited activities include:
· breaching any laws, using the Platform in any way that could damage our reputation
· reverse engineering the service or Platform or underlying technology to extract trade secrets, except as allowed by applicable law
· using automated means (eg, crawling, training, data mining robots) to access content
· use AI-generated content from our service to develop machine learning models or related AI technology
· reproduce, distribute, sell, or re-transmit the Intellectual Property rights in any material form
· Modify or copy the layout of the Website/application or any computer software or code contained therein
· “Framing” the Intellectual Property Rights or reformatting the Website
· Creating works or materials that derive from or are based on the materials contained in this Website (eg, icons, link buttons)
· introducing malware, hacking, spamming, creating fake accounts, or infringing intellectual property rights
Upon payment, users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view the live broadcast and replays for personal, non-commercial use on one device at a time, for a period determined by SportsAI.
SportsAI may perform maintenance or upgrades, which may affect access to the Platform. Users are responsible for ensuring their devices and internet connection meet technical requirements for streaming.
The Platform and content are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted service or error-free operation. SportsAI and PBR Australia disclaim liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or content, except as required by law.
Users agree to indemnify SportsAI and PBR Australia against any claims, losses, or damages arising from breach of these Terms or unauthorized use of the Platform or content.
Personal information is collected, used, and stored in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable laws (Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), Australian Privacy Principles, and GDPR where applicable). Data may be stored in Australia or transferred overseas as required for service delivery. To the extent there is an inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy shall govern.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. SportsAI and PBR Australia are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third parties.
Disputes will be resolved by direct communication and, if necessary, mediation under New South Wales Law Society rules. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and users submit to the jurisdiction of New South Wales courts.
SportsAI may update these Terms and Conditions with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
